The firm of Rowland and Townend was created as a result of the purchase by Fiona Townend of the practice of Phillip Rowland who formerly practiced in Mona Vale for some 28 years. The firm was previously known for many years as Lynch Rowland and Rolfe.

Fiona Townend has been a practising lawyer in the Northern Beaches area of Sydney for several years, formerly at Avalon and since 2001 as a sole practitioner in Mona Vale .

We realise that fast reliable legal assistance is invaluable to clients at those stressful times faced by everyone at some stage in their lives such as buying and selling property, divorce and deceased estates.

The interests of our clients are our main concern and we aim to provide a personal service and keep out clients advised of the progress of their matters at all times.

Located at the heart of the Northern Beaches area of Sydney Mona Vale is easily accessible from Manly to Palm Beach and the Frenchs Forest, Terrey Hills and North Shore area.
